Allison is a Senior Associate at the Law Office of Javier N. Maldonado, P.C. She graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2013 and has practiced immigration law since that time.  She carries the honor of having been Mr. Maldonado’s very first associate in 2013 and is excited to return home in a senior position.

Allison is an expert in humanitarian visas, and has won asylum cases for persons from Nicaragua, Belarus, Ecuador, and Honduras. Allison served on the State Bar of Texas District 12 Ethics Committee in 2021.

When she is not lawyering, Allison is a professional actress. She firmly believes that her performance background enhances her ability to connect with her clients and tell their stories effectively. Keep an eye out for her on the screen or stage!
