Rodrigo is an Associate Attorney at the Law Office of Javier N. Maldonado, P.C. He graduated from Texas A&M University-Kingsville with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2013 and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2019.

Rodrigo has been a part of the Law Office of Javier N. Maldonado, PC team since 2015 when he started as a legal assistant. He worked full time at the firm while attending law school.

After graduating from law school, Rodrigo transitioned to the role of Associate Attorney and has focused on representing our clients in family-based petitions, naturalization applications, inadmissibility waivers, consular processing, adjustment of status, and removal defense. He also has criminal defense experience in both state and federal court. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas and Texas State courts. He zealously advocates for our clients facing complicated immigration and/or criminal issues and fiercely defends their rights.
